I was very happy to capture a usable photograph of a Pileated Woodpecker. These are very cool woodpeckers. He was photographed at my favorite place to hike, Fisherman's Paradise in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania.
About Scott Burd
Hi...I am H. Scott Burd. I’m 59 and married to my best friend, soul mate. We have eight kids between us and 6 Grandchildren. I have been into photography since I was a teenager. I had a Ricoh film camera with a J C Penney flash. I love to travel and take photographs of anything and everything that catches my eye. I now have a Canon 5D Mark IV, Tamron 150-600mm, Canon 100mm 2.8L macro, 50mm f1.8, Canon macro ring lite. I am slowly getting into macro photography. Lastly I would like to thank all of my followers and everyone that has visited my work. I am truly thankful and hope you have enjoyed my photography.
